The Rockstar of Highway (pun intended) is Alia Bhatt! Her uninhibited portrayal of Veera is what makes the film so powerful! Randeep Hooda has delivered his most matured and polished performance to date! Imtiaz Ali’s choice (a gamble?) to cast these actors in these dramatic roles has paid off. Highway is journey of two people, and you get to watch them as the road takes them through unknown paths.
The bits and pieces make the movie worth the watch and if enjoy parts of Highway, you wouldn’t be bothered by the lugging screenplay. For the right minds at the right times, bits and pieces of Highway will strike a chord. Highway is not for all people, not for all times it is not even about every bit of the movie.
